  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice (from the canned
    pineapples)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
