  • 1/2 pound top sirloin sliced thin and cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion peeled and sliced thinly
  • 4 cloves garlic peeled and minced
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
